This folder contains copies of a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy at a Democratic dinner in South Dakota. In his speech the Senator discusses the failure of agricultural policies under Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Taft Benson, and proposes a ten-point bill of rights to facilitate the restoration of the farm program in the United States.
