This folder contains copies of speeches by Senator John F. Kennedy titled, Labor Reform" and "The Urgent Need for the Kennedy-Ervin Labor-Management Reform Bill," concerning racketeering, labor-management reform legislation, and political party divisions on the labor issue. Also included in this folder is a section by section analysis of the Kennedy-Ervin Labor-Management Reform Bill (S. 1555), as well as a summary of the major provisions.
