Folder Description
This folder contains a policy proposal by the Bureau of International Labor Affairs of the United States Department of Labor regarding the relationship between less-developed countries and the GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) Negotiations and the U.S. Reciprocal Trade Agreement Program. Also included in this folder is a proposal for a North-South international trade study to strengthen and expand trade with less-developed countries.
