This folder contains a background paper by Dr. Hans Karl von Borries titled, “German Perspective on Foreign Aid,” and materials regarding private low-interest loans to underdeveloped countries. Also included in this folder are letters to Per Jacobsson, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), from Xenophon Zolotas, Governor of the Bank of Greece, discussing the IMF and the impact of the United States foreign aid program on the international economy.
