Sound recording of a meeting held on July 29, 1963, between President John F. Kennedy, Representative Wilbur Mills of Arkansas, Special Assistant to the President for Congressional Relations and Personnel Lawrence F. O’Brien, and Secretary of the Treasury C. Douglas Dillon. They have an informal conversation about tax cut legislation and Congress. Please note that this meeting was opened in 1983 as part of the Tax Cut tape release package.
