Douglas Dillon, Director of the Bureau of the Budget Kermit Gordon, Member of the Council of Economic Advisors Gardner Ackley, Assistant Director of the Bureau of the Budget Charles Schultze, Member of the Council of Economic Advisors John Lewis, Assistant Director of the Bureau of the Budget and Economic Advisor Kenneth Hansen, Special Counsel to the President Theodore "Ted" Sorensen, and Administrative Assistant to the President Henry Hall Wilson. They discuss economic spending, military pay, and the prospects of a recession. Please note that this meeting was opened in 1983 as part of the Tax Cut tape release package.
