August 15, 1963, meeting between President Kennedy and several military and intelligence advisors regarding British Guiana. This recording is closed to research use. Part of an August 15, 1963, meeting between President John F. Kennedy and Secretary of Agriculture Orville Freeman concerning Secretary Freeman's recent trip to learn more about Eastern European agriculture.
