Motion picture of Senator John F. Kennedy delivering a report on the record of the 83rd Congress on unemployment insurance. Senator Kennedy reviews legislation and proposes new Congressional action to increase unemployment compensation benefits in order to prevent a further recession and to help the unemployed “get by until jobs are available again.”
