This folder contains copies of a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the United Cerebral Palsy convention held at the Statler Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. In his speech the Senator announces a new research initiative sponsored by the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness into the causes of cerebral palsy .
