Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s message to the Niagara Power Commission recorded in the President’s Office in the White House. In his remarks President Kennedy discusses the origins of the hydro-electric power plant and characterizes the project as an engineering achievement representative of North American efficiency and determination.
