Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s remarks in the White House Rose Garden concerning the 20th anniversary of Dr. Enrico Fermi’s nuclear experiment. In his speech President Kennedy discusses the mutually beneficial alliance between science and the government, a development to which Dr. Fermi was integral.
