Pastor, author. Collection of letters of individual recollections on the day John F. Kennedy was assassinated. The collector invited letters from anyone who cared to share their memories to be published in a book, " A Dark November Day ."

According to the deed of gift signed December, 2002, copyright of these materials has been assigned to the United States.  Documents in this collection that were prepared by officials of the United States as part of their official duties are in the public domain. Users of these materials are advised to determine the copyright status of any document from which they wish to publish.

Copyright

Biographical Note
Graham R. Hodges is a Pastor Emeritus of the Emmanuel Congregational Church in Watertown, New York. He is also the author of six published of books children’s sermons and talks, and hundreds of articles in religious and secular press.

Material related to the publishing of the book, A Dark November Day.  These materials consist of letters, both originals and copies of those published in the book., a copy of the book, originals of letters not published, and letters in response to the publication of the book. The original published letters include some transcribed by the author and are arranged as they appear in the book. There are also letters compiled by Mary Feldman, a columnist, which were not included in the book, as well as four folders of original letters that were not included in the book.
