Series 2. Writings and Research.
About 8,400 items.
Arrangement: alphabetical by type.
This series documents Ronald Linton’s professional writings and research during the years 1961 to 1971. The series is arranged into two sections based upon type of document, those relating to his book
Terracide: America’s Destruction of Her Living Environment,
and those relating to speeches he made during this time period.
Terracide
files are organized alphabetically and include chapter drafts, foldered and unfoldered printed research materials used for individual chapters, manuscripts, and source notes. The un-foldered printed research materials include volumes that were too large to fit into folders. It is important to note that Linton’s working title for his book
Terracide
was
Is No One Dying?
Speech files consist of speeches and related research materials, and are organized in reverse chronological order.
Please note that folder titles have been standardized in the finding aid, but retain their original titles on the folders where applicable.
