The Personal Papers of Edward Toomey (1934- )

Biographical Note
Edward G. Toomey is a specialist in Internal Medicine. He graduated from Georgetown University Medical School, Washington, D.C. in 1959, serving his residency at St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, MA, until 1961. In 1966 he joined the staff at Emerson Hospital. In 1967 he was awarded the Joseph P Kennedy Jr. Foundation Award for Support of Workshops for the Mentally Retarded.
