Oral History Interviews (1968, 1969): Boggs completed two interviews for the John F. Kennedy Library; JFK# interview: 7/17/1986; JFK#2 interview: 2/17/1969. These interviews comment upon the state of services for the mentally retarded in the early 1960's, members of the President's Panel on Mental Retardation, its task forces, points of disagreement within the Panel, and its final report, among other issues.
