Oral History Interviews (1965, 1967, 1970): Corbin completed two interviews for the John F. Kennedy Oral History Program: JFK#1 interview, 11/18/1965; JFK#2 interview, 11/27/1967, as welll as two interviews for the Robert F. Kennedy Oral History Program: RFK#1 interview, 7/2/1970; RFK#2 interview, 7/14/1970. In the first JFK interview, Corbin discusses organizing Gerald Thomas Flynn’s 1958 Janesville, Wisconsin testimonial dinner, forming JFK’s Citizens’ Committee, and his reasons for supporting JFK. In the second JFK interview he discusses organizing John F. Kennedy’s Wisconsin and New York Citizens’ Committees, clashing with Carmine G. DeSapio and Michael H. Prendergast’s over JFK’s 1960 campaign in New York State, and his relationship with Robert F. Kennedy, among other issues. The two RFK interviews are closed until June 10, 2011.
