  • Carl Rowan, Ambassador to Finland
  • Thurgood Marshall, United States Circuit Court
  • James B. Parsons, United States District Court
  • Wade McCree, United States District Court
  • A. Leon Higginbotham, United States District Court
  • Merl McCurdy, United States Attorney
  • Cecil F. Poole, United States Attorney
  • John B. Duncan, District of Columbia Board of Commissioners
