Painting of the five children of Federal Judge James Latane Noel, Jr. His son, Ed Noel, sent this photograph of the painting with an undated note thanking President John F. Kennedy for appointing his father as a Federal Judge and for the tie clasp he received during his visit to the White House. The inscription on the verso of the painting reads: "...
Lindsay Bailey, attorney Robert L. Bailey's son. Mr. Bailey sent the photograph with a letter dated May 2, 1963, to Evelyn Lincoln thanking her for sending his son a Kennedy tie-clasp.
Antique silver coffer with lions' heads on clasp and handles. The chest is decorated with floral and scroll ornamentation on sides and on lid. The interior is lined with red velvet. The Colonial silver of Peru, while European in concept, shows a blending of Iberian designs and forms, with indigenous influences that trace back to pre-Hispanic times.
