Description
Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s address at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Children’s Bureau held at the Statler Hilton Hotel in Dallas, Texas. In his speech President Kennedy discusses the accomplishments of the Children’s Bureau in confronting juvenile delinquency, decreasing infant and maternal mortality, and addressing the specific needs of deaf and mentally retarded children.
