McNamara and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Maxwell Taylor to South Vietnam. Also included in this folder is a detailed agenda for a meeting regarding Secretary of State Dean Rusk's upcoming trip to Moscow and points for discussion including disarmament, Laos, trade, and Germany and Berlin.
