This folder contains materials concerning John F. Kennedy's education at Canterbury School and the Choate School in Wallingford, Connecticut. Materials in this folder include report cards, a letter to Joseph P. Kennedy from the Choate School Assistant Headmaster, and handwritten letters from President Kennedy (then a student) to his parents concerning the football team and his academic standing. Of note is a letter from John F. Kennedy to Joseph P. Kennedy requesting a raise in his allowance so he may purchase his Boy Scouts of America supplies.
