In his speech titled, “Medical Care for Our Older Citizens," he proposes a bill to amend the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code in order to provide health benefits to the elderly and protect them against rising hospital and nursing costs. Also included are copies of press releases with excerpts from the Senator’s speech concerning increased unemployment benefits compensation.
