Materials in this folder include memoranda, itineraries, guest lists, commemorative booklets, a draft of suggested talking points, correspondence between the two heads of state, a transcript of President Betancourt's appearance before the National Press Club, a press release of a joint statement issued by the Presidents, and a translation of a letter to President Kennedy from the Ambassador of Venezuela to the United States. This folder contains some Spanish-language materials.
