Microfilm copies of records created by the Department of Labor during the Kennedy administration, consisting of reading files of correspondence by the Secretary of Labor and other department officials, reports, studies, briefing materials, speeches, press releases, and publications. Also includes records of the Under Secretary of Labor, the Solicitor of Labor, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Office of Policy Planning and Research, the Women's Bureau, the Bureau of Employment Security, the Office of Manpower Automation and Training, and the President's Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity. Hard copy printed material includes publications, reports, periodicals, newsletters, statistics and data sets, speeches, press releases, articles, booklets and pamphlets, and promotional material.
