Of note are copies of Bureau of the Budget onboarding materials such as a staff orientation manual, a schedule of introductory lectures, and an overview of BOB functions and operations.

Bowman (assistant director for statistical standards). The file also contains charts of Congressional actions on appropriation bills; reports on financial aspects of proposed and pending legislation; Congressional testimony of Gordon on the public debt limit; and a paper by Andrew H. Gantt II titled "Central Governments: Cash Deficits and Surpluses."
