Most correspondence is with Robert C. Weaver, administrator of the HHFA. The file also contains a report on rental housing and commercial construction (November 1963); a paper by Gunnar Myrdal titled "The Role of Government in the Economy"; and two monthly reports on housing (June and July 1961). Note that the file includes a misfiled exchange of correspondence with the Federal National Mortgage Association.
