This file contains copies of speeches given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. In his speech titled, “Disarmament,” he discusses the difficulty of arms control, the relationship between the United States and Soviet Union, and the introduction of a bill to establish the Arms Control Research Institute. Also included is a speech titled, “Cuba,” concerning a history of foreign policy in Cuba, relations between Cuba and the U.S., and the Cuban revolution led by Fidel Castro.
