Folder Description
This folder contains memoranda regarding foreign assistance including economic aid provided by DAG (Development Assistance Group) member countries, borrowing authority for development aid, and a new foreign aid policy for the United States. Also included in this folder is a memorandum of a review and analysis of long-term economic planning in underdeveloped countries in the Far East, Near East, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
