Folder Description
This folder contains a report to the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (FIAB) from the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on intelligence activities in the months leading up to the Cuban Missile Crisis (also known as the Killian Report). Also included in this folder is an annex to the report titled, “Interrogation Guide: Cuba,” for use in debriefing refugees and as an advance briefing for visitors and intelligence agents.
