Khrushchev, French President Charles DeGaulle, and British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan on the proposed treaty banning atmospheric nuclear weapons tests, later known as the Partial Test Ban Treaty (PTBT) or Limited Test Ban Treaty (LTBT).
