Sound recording of President John F. Kennedy’s remarks at a Democratic rally held at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Illinois. In his speech President Kennedy discusses how partisan politics have negatively affected the country’s agricultural welfare, and encourages his audience to elect Democratic representatives in the upcoming 1962 Congressional elections.
