Motion picture of a special performance by members of the Black Watch Band, a Scottish regiment on tour in the United States. President John F. Kennedy and Major Wingate Gray, leader of the Black Watch, make remarks. A number of area school children were invited to the South Lawn of the White House, Washington, D.C., to witness the performance. First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, Caroline Kennedy, John F.
