Folder Description
This folder contains memoranda regarding policies and actions after the Cuban Missile Crisis including continued air surveillance of Cuba; a non-invasion pledge by the United States provided no nuclear weapons are present or reintroduced into Cuba; and a meeting between John J. McCloy, Chairman of the General Advisory Committee on Disarmament of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA), and Soviet Union Deputy Premier Anastas Ivanovich Mikoyan. Also included in this folder is a statement by Mikoyan broadcast on Cuban television and radio discussing the Cuban Revolution, the United States, and socialism in Cuba.
