This folder contains correspondence and memoranda between Henry Kissinger, consultant to the National Security Council (NSC), and McGeorge Bundy, Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs. Topics include nuclear weapons and the United States defense policy, a potential call-up of U.S. National Guard reserves to Berlin, disarmament, and a conversation between Kissinger and Soviet Union delegates at the Pugwash Conference discussing the situation in Berlin between the U.S. and Soviet Union.
