This folder contains a memorandum of conversation between officials of the United States and Great Britain discussing issues between the Inner Six countries of the European Economic Community (EEC) and the Outer Seven countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA); remarks by Senator John Sherman Cooper in support of President John F. Kennedy’s foreign aid program; and an outline study titled, “Sharing the Cost of International Security.”
