Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning President Kennedy's remarks at the dedication of the Whiskeytown Dam and Reservoir in Whiskeytown, California. In his speech the President discusses the intended impact of the Trinity Project dams, of which the Whiskeytown efforts are a part, and explains how innovative resource conservation and development programs will benefit future generations. Materials in this folder include note cards with handwritten notations by the President and a press copy of the speech.
