Materials in this folder include handwritten drafts of letters, memoranda regarding the transmission of letters, and correspondence between the President and Premier Khrushchev on subjects such as Berlin, disarmament, nuclear weapons testing, and the two countries' sharply differing political ideologies. This folder contains some Russian-language materials and several items with handwritten notations by President Kennedy and Premier Khrushchev.
