September 17, 1963, meeting between President John F. Kennedy and United States Ambassador to the Soviet Union Foy Kohler on the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty and relations with the Soviet Union. September 17, 1963, meeting on Vietnam. September 18, 1963, meeting between President Kennedy and Administrator of the National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA) James Webb on the lunar program. September 19, 1963, meeting on Vietnam. Part of a September 19, 1963, meeting between President Kennedy and civil rights leaders. The recording of this meeting ends abruptly and continues on the next tape, Tape 112.
