This folder contains handwritten notes and doodles by John F. Kennedy that were collected and transcribed by his secretary, Evelyn Lincoln. Materials consist of notes written on a flight from Hyannis Port, Massachusetts to Washington, D.C; reminder notes written at his desk; reminder notes written en route to Otis Air Force Base; reminder notes regarding Edward Teller; reminder notes regarding guest lists for future White House events; a news clipping concerning the death of his son, Patrick; condolence letters from United States Ambassador to the United Nations Adlai Stevenson and Mrs. Earl Warren regarding the death of Patrick; notes taken during a meeting regarding the Middle East; notes written during an off the record meeting concerning the Supersonic Transport Program; notes taken during a meeting with Eugene Black and Stanley de J. Osborne concerning the Supersonic Transport Program; and notes written during a meeting with United States Ambassador to Vietnam Henry Cabot Lodge.
