Folder Description
This folder contains handwritten notes and doodles by John F. Kennedy that were collected and transcribed by his secretary, Evelyn Lincoln. Materials consist of reminder notes of issues to discuss with Secretary of the Interior Stuart Udall and Attorney General Robert Kennedy; notes written during off the record meetings regarding Laos and Vietnam; notes written while reviewing a draft of a speech; various reminder notes; notes written during telephone conversations with Governor Mike DiSalle, Steve Smith, and Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson concerning Congressman Wayne Hays; reminder notes of guests for future White House functions; and notes written following a report of a cut to foreign aid.
