This folder contains a copy and draft of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech given at a luncheon of the New England Publishers Association held in Boston, Massachusetts. In his speech the Senator discusses labor issues, including legislation to end labor racketeering and to ensure fair labor standards and practices. Of note is a draft with notations by Senator Kennedy.
