Folder Description
This folder contains memoranda to and from members and staff of the Council of Economic Advisers. Most items are carbon copies of memoranda from Walter W. Heller or his administrative staff, such as Charles A. Cooper. Also included are a letter and reprint of an article on economic growth by Henry H. Villard; and an unattributed paper titled "Comments on a Federal Statistics Program for the 1960's."
