This folder contains statements and a press release concerning the Democratic Platform and Senator John F. Kennedy’s record on civil rights. Also included in this folder are two copies of a booklet published by the Industrial Union Department of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) titled, “The Civil Rights Fight: A look at the legislative record.”
