Douglas Brinkley discusses his forthcoming book Silent Spring Revolution: John F. Kennedy, Rachel Carson, Lyndon Johnson, and the Great Environmental Awakening, which explores the rise of environmental activism, with Michael Eric Dyson, award-winning author and professor of African American and diaspora studies and of ethics and society at Vanderbilt University.

Registration guarantees a seat in the building, but not in the main hall. Doors to the main hall open approximately one hour before the start of each program.
