This folder contains letters sent to Senator John F. Kennedy and members of his staff from various individuals of Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, and Louisiana concerning the role of religion in the 1960 campaign, the prospect of a Catholic president, the distribution of anti-Catholic materials, and support for the Senator’s campaign. Also of note are two reports from The World Peace Broadcasting Foundation regarding the nuclear arms race.
