The material is filed roughly in reverse chronological order according to the date of the carbon copy reply. Items include economic and political reports on the United Kingdom and France as well as an analysis of U.S. and foreign investments by Michael M. White; two papers by C. Windom Wenger, Jr., titled "Optimums" and "On Rebirth of Economic Freedom - A New Fisc Proposed"; a paper by Miriam Wiener titled "Unemployment and Its Cure"; and a paper by Robert F. Wallace titled "What Everybody Wants to Know About Deficit Spending." Note that this file contains some misfiled correspondence from 1962.
