This photograph album was first compiled by Rosemary Kennedy as a birthday gift for her sister, Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, in 1929, with later photographs added by Kathleen. The gold stamped title on the cover reads, “Photographs.” An original handwritten inscription on the inside front cover reads, "Kathleen, From Rose happy birthday Feb. 1929," in white ink. Original captions are written in white ink and pencil in both Rosemary’s and Kathleen’s hand. Photographs document the family life, travels, and social activities of the Kennedy family from 1927 to 1936. In addition to Rosemary (referred to as “Rose” in original captions) and Kathleen, those pictured include their parents, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy; their siblings, Joseph P. “Joe” Kennedy, Jr., John F. "Jack" Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy, Patricia "Pat" Kennedy, Jean Kennedy, and Edward M. "Ted/Teddy" Kennedy; their aunt, Agnes Fitzgerald Gargan, and her husband Joseph Francis Gargan, Sr.; governesses to the Kennedy children, Alice Cahill and Elizabeth Dunn; nanny to the Kennedy children, Katherine “Kikoo” Conboy; family friends, Edward E. “Eddie” Moore, Kirk LeMoyne “Lem” Billings, Mary O’Keefe, Mary Veronica “Von” Rice, and Mary Frances "Sancy" Falvey; and family dogs, Buddy and Skippy. Of note are photographs of Kennedy family members and friends at the family’s residences in Bronxville in New York, Hyannis Port in Massachusetts, and Palm Beach in Florida; a visit to the Hippodrome Theatre in New York City, where the children posed with a baby elephant; Joseph, Sr., and Rose with actor Fred Thomson and screenwriter Frances Marion in California; and Kathleen and other campers and counselors at Sargent Camp in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Other locations and historic sites featured in photographs include the White House and United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C.; the National Monument to the Forefathers and Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, Massachusetts; the Potomac River; and George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate in Virginia. Original handwritten inscriptions are written in blue ink and pencil on the versos of many photographs. This photograph album contains 154 photographic prints, two photographic postcards, and one contact print of a strip of four 35mm black and white negatives.

This photograph album, compiled by Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, documents the lives of the Kennedy family from 1925 to 1937. The gold stamped title on the cover reads, “Photographs.” Photographs capture their home life at their primary residences in Brookline, Massachusetts, and Bronxville, New York; time spent with family and friends at their secondary residences in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, and Palm Beach, Florida; and other travels and events. The album also contains numerous portrait photos. Those pictured in photographs include Rose; her husband, Joseph P. “Joe” Kennedy, Sr.; her children, Joseph P. “Joe” Kennedy, Jr., John F. “Jack” Kennedy, Rosemary Kennedy, Kathleen Kennedy, Eunice Kennedy, Patricia Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Jean Kennedy, and Edward M. Kennedy; her parents, John F. “Honey Fitz” Fitzgerald and Mary Josephine Hannon Fitzgerald; her sister, Agnes Fitzgerald, and brother-in-law, Joseph Francis Gargan, Sr.; governess to the Kennedy children, Alice Cahill; nanny to the Kennedy children, Katherine Conboy; and family friends, Viscountess Nancy Astor, Kirk LeMoyne “Lem” Billings, and Mary O’Keefe. Of note are photographs of Rose and Joe, Sr., aboard the S.S. Aquitania during their voyage to New York City from Europe in 1928; the wedding of Agnes and Joseph Gargan; Joe, Jr., and Jack with their football teams at the Dexter School in Brookline, Massachusetts; and Rose and Joe, Sr., with actor Fred Thomson and screenwriter Frances Marion in California. Original handwritten inscriptions are written in black ink and pencil on the versos of some photographs. This photograph album contains 81 photographic prints.

This photograph album, compiled by Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, documents various moments in the lives of the Kennedy family from 1933 to 1936. Photographs capture Rose and her family at their residences in Hyannis Port in Massachusetts, Bronxville in New York, and Palm Beach in Florida; at the beach at The Breakers Hotel and at the Sea Spray Club in Palm Beach; at the Ostrich-Alligator Farm & Zoo in Lantana, Palm Beach County; and at the West Beach Club on Cape Cod. Also of note are photographs of Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter celebrations; birthday parties for Eunice Kennedy and Jean Kennedy; a Native American sun dance ceremony in Palm Beach; gymnastics exercises and boxing matches at the Sea Spray Club, in which Robert F. “Bobby/Bob” Kennedy and Edward M. “Ted” Kennedy participated; Jean dressed for her First Communion and Confirmation in Bronxville; Ted’s picnic on the lawn of the family’s home in Bronxville with a friend identified as “Rita”; a visit to a warship in Provincetown, Massachusetts; Jean dressed in a Scottish tartan and kilt; and other activities including swimming, sailing, sledding, horseback riding, football, and other sports. Other Kennedy family members and friends pictured in photographs include Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr.; Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr.; John F. “Jack” Kennedy; Rosemary Kennedy (referred to as “Rose” in original captions); Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy; Patricia “Pat” Kennedy; Rose’s parents, John F. “Honey Fitz” Fitzgerald and Mary Josephine Hannon Fitzgerald; Rose’s sister, Agnes Fitzgerald Gargan, and brother-in-law, Joseph F. Gargan, Sr.; Rose’s niece, Marion Eunice Fitzgerald, and nephew, John F. “Jack” Fitzgerald (the children of her brother, Thomas A. Fitzgerald); nanny to the Kennedy children, Katherine “Kikoo” Conboy; governess to the Kennedy children, Alice Cahill; Edward E. Moore and Mary Moore; James Roosevelt, son of President Franklin D.
