This folder contains a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) concerning nuclear weapons testing. In his speech the Senator argues for the suspension of nuclear testing provided the Soviet Union also suspends testing, discusses radioactive fallout, argues for an international agreement on nuclear testing, and suggests that if testing does occur it happen underground or in outer space.
