Kennedy, on various issues of national security, foreign affairs, and information requested by the President. Topics include Vietnam, Laos, a proposal to increase the size of the United States Army and conventional military forces, and the swiftness of U.S. responses to messages from the Soviet Union. Also included in this folder are background memoranda on the Geneva Protocol of 1925 and actions of the U.S. in relation to the Protocol.
