Kennedy's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, concerning President Kennedy's remarks at a rally held at the Fitzgerald Field House at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In his speech the President discusses the importance of electing Democratic representatives from Pennsylvania for the nation to progress in areas such as education, housing, and area redevelopment. Materials in this folder include a memorandum, draft, press copy, and reading copy of the speech with handwritten notations by the President, in addition to note cards with talking points.
